A refund may be issued if you have used Pro features (unlimited scans, PDF report downloads, or priority scanning) no more than 2 times since upgrading. If Pro features have been used more than 2 times, no refund will be issued as the service has been meaningfully consumed.
To request a refund, email us at shieldscansupport@gmail.com with the email address associated with your account. We will review your usage and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then. Cancellation alone does not qualify for a refund if Pro features have been used more than 2 times.
Refunds will not be issued if Pro features have been used more than 2 times, or for accounts found to be abusing the Service or violating our Terms of Service. Free tier usage does not qualify for any refund as the free tier incurs no charge.
